Students interested in taking a course on a Credit/No Credit basis must secure a Request to Take Undergraduate Classes on the Credit/No Credit Option form. The form may be downloaded or requested at any program center. Courses that are available on a Credit/No Credit basis can be identified by your program administrator. A course may not be repeated on a Credit/No Credit basis. A minimum grade of C must be earned to receive Credit.
Students taking a course on a Credit/No Credit basis must complete the form
and return it the program center according the following schedule:

| 1 weekend class | Week preceding weekend of class |
For a one-week class, the card must be submitted the first day of class.
