CMU and the Air Force Portal
The AF Portal is a Web site at
https://www.my.af.mil/ that Air Force personnel must use to apply for Tuition Assistance (TA).
You can find out more about Air Force Tuition Assistance and how this valuable
resource can help you reach your educational goals at
http://education.military.com/money-for-school/tuition-assistance/air-force-tuition-assistance.
CMU students who are in the Air Force apply to Central Michigan University and
register for classes using the same procedures as civilian students. Application
forms can be found at www.cel.cmich.edu/future/apply/. Registration for classes
once you have been admitted to CMU is done through
iCentral.
The only difference is that in order to receive your Air Force Tuition
Assistance, you must apply for it through the AF Portal.
For more information on the process, please contact your local CMU Program
Administrator.
