There are three convenient ways to apply for admission.
- Apply online (pay by credit card or electronic check draft):
**Internet Explorer version 8 users may
encounter problems with the online application form. Enabling
Compatibility View should resolve the issue.**
Note: Please be sure to follow the DHA application procedures listed in the information packet located at http://www.cel.cmich.edu/dha/admission.html. The application process for the DHA program is different from CMU’s bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

You must be admitted to the university before you can begin taking
classes. A $50 nonrefundable application fee is required in order to
complete the application process. The application fee can either be paid
online with a credit card or electronic draft, or by mailing a check or
money order to the center to which you are applying.
CMU must
have one official transcript from each of the
institutions you've attended.
Army students using tuition assistance must apply for admission and register for classes at www.GoArmyEd.com.
