PLEASE NOTE: Alert: H1N1 Flu (Swine Flu) Information According to the Center for Disease Control the H1N1 virus has been confirmed in a number of states. To reduce transmission and illness severity we suggest the following precautions:

• Cover nose/mouth w/tissue when you cough or sneeze
• Throw tissue in trash after use
• Wash hands often w/soap and water (especially after you cough/sneeze)
• If you get influenza-like symptoms, stay home from work or school except to seek medical care and limit contact w/others to keep from infecting them.
