Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
The Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan
University – Online is designed to meet the needs of new and experienced
professionals. The objectives are to enhance the graduate’s knowledge base and
experiences in the continually advancing field of nutrition and clinical
dietetics and to provide graduates with the quantitative and methodological
knowledge necessary to better interpret the scientific literature, apply
discoveries to their own professional outcomes and engage in evidenced based
practice or nutrition research.
Faculty
Faculty for the Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics are recruited
by the program director. Candidates go through an intensive vetting process with
recommendations presented to the department for approval. If you have an
